Twins at Target Field
Get a refreshing, tasty Roots salad from our cart at Gate 34 during all Minnesota Twins weekend home games. Our 2018 selling season runs from Saturday, May 19, through Sunday, September 30.

Brewers at Miller Park
Baseball fans can enjoy an uber-fresh Roots salad from our Salad Up! cart at Section 119 during Sunday home games. Our 2018 selling season runs through Sunday, September 30.

Additional Venues

Breaking Bread Café
You’ll find Roots salads on the menu at Breaking Bread Café, a casual, sit-down restaurant offering healthy global comfort foods in the West Broadway Avenue community in Minneapolis. The café is operated by Appetite For Change, one of our youth garden partners.

Kowalski’s Markets
You’ll find Roots salads at both the deli and prepared food department at all 11 Twin Cities Kowalski’s Markets. Kowalski’s is a family-run grocer that supports local food entrepreneurs and producers. Roots’ Executive Director, Sue Moores, is the nutritionist for Kowalski’s.

Minneapolis and St. Paul Public Schools
If you know any students, teachers or staff at these public schools, tell them they can find Roots youth-created recipes as part of their salad bar.
